With first loosing alot of routes over the summer (Would imagine about 15 Boards) could this mean that the Solo's/Dart's can go somwhere else within the empire, and leeds can get some B7RLE or B7TL/B9TL and either start a new route (Leeds-Rothwell-Wakefield, or Adel-Leeds-Rothwell extending a exsisting route), or keep other services consistant at peak times. Rothwell?? Nobody seems interested in the Rothwell area bus wise,First should put service 7 back on and let it do a circular of Rothwell going down Wood Lane from Wakey Road

I read somewhere, can't remember where (maybe YDBN), that some of York's X64 buses are transferring to Leeds for the last few weeks of operation of the X64. With the losses in Leeds this will surely leave some spares once the X64 finishes. Maybe these or other B7's are destined for Bradford to replace the B10BLE's which have had their 'Yellow Line' branding removed.

I had 34046 in Halifax, but it was parked up in Bradford Interchange all day on Friday so this may also have been transferred over to join 34045 and 34037 which are already there.

We've been told HP are losing 69311-314 to First Potteries and that about 3 of the York batch are coming to Leeds. A so far unconfirmed rumour is that we are also losing some 07 plate B9TLs to First Devon & Cornwall. A few weeks back 37120 had its red/blue branding removed with no real reason given. Coincidence?.......time will tell. Lots of rumours and heresay going around just now, these are just 2 that appear to have a bit of substance behind them.

Obviously the York batch are in better nick so they're kept in the area. Cant see why we'd lose some B9s though, we struggle as is for decent doubles so why would we send some elsewhere?

Do Hunslet operate the X64 for now only saw one of their 09 plate deckers on it this afternoon and for the past few days, the York based X64 buses have been displaying 'on hire to First York' in the windows.
