For those who record such things, 37120 had its Red/Blue branding removed today.

Doesn't seem to have been mentioned on here yet but I found a photo of 50282 in Worcester. This led me to another website which confirmed that First Bradford Solo's 50281 & 50282 were transferred to First Midland Red on 6 June 2010 to cover newly won tender work. Amazing to hear that First is taking on new work anywhere!!
It seems therefore that 53101 & 53103 were moved to Bradford last month to cover these movements.

53102 has also joined the First Bradford fleet from Leeds.

Aren't some of the 5s operated by HP? The short workings?

41283 is now back in Halifax with it's destination showing only a route number, so has obviously not been programmed back yet...

A new all over ad to hit the streets of Leeds anytime now is 37698 for Elmhurst Windows.
I think Elmhurst's first allover ad in Leeds was Atlantean 6264 followed by Olympian 5037 in the '80's and various others since, so they must be pleased with this advertising medium.

That'll look good for about a month until one of the upstairs windows gets put through.
It will then spend the next year advertising EL URST windows

Oops dupilcated this in incorrect allocation (as it is a Volvo B9TL and well 33/33A is a ALX400/B7TL, VO and any other buses that we have laying around the garage allocation). Anyway i give it 6 weeks top's before there is a hole in the advert.

Having travelled on this vehicle this afternoon on the X84 it is very different from the other Overalls has you can actually still see outside in clear detail.

They are all like that when new, give it a week or 2 and you won't be able to see through it clearly.

The Hebden Bridge routes in Halifax have been awarded to Tyrer Tours, it wouldn't be suprising if they opened a new depot in Halifax area, because it would be a bit of a trek from Nelson everyday.

Not really, If you go over the moors along the Colne Road or Blackshaw Head Road it's only about 20 mins to Nelson. Tyrer do the Keighley routes and roughly the same amount of mileage is used to get to/from Keighley as will be used to get to/from Hebden Bridge.

60850 has had it"s Yellow Line 620/621 branding removed 60851 & 52 are also brandless, if they are taking the branding off these buses you would assume there is a reason. Possibly, these buses are to be moved on to another area and replaced with something a little newer, they did start to move some B10's last year so maybe are going to resume this process. or First Bradford are giving up on branding to give more freedom of allocation, I have noticed blue branded line buses on the 610-14 and 624 in the last week. I know they have the Temsa on the 607 but you didn't see these buses on other routes when Bradford were trialling the Scania last year.

With first loosing alot of routes over the summer (Would imagine about 15 Boards) could this mean that the Solo's/Dart's can go somwhere else within the empire, and leeds can get some B7RLE or B7TL/B9TL and either start a new route (Leeds-Rothwell-Wakefield, or Adel-Leeds-Rothwell extending a exsisting route), or keep other services consistant at peak times.
