I just been looking at photos of Olympian A686MWX which during it"s working life has carried 4 fleet nos WYRCC York 3835 WYRCC 1835 Yorkshire Rider/Rider York 5194 and First 30679. Most if not all WYRCC olympians carried at least 3 fleets in their life
I am just wondering if anyone knows of any more buses which have carried at least 2 or more fleet nos in their life?

The 4 Olympians in the South Yorkshire fleet taken over by West Riding. SY 105 E205 TUB became WR 613 SY 106 H106 RWT became WR 615 SY 107 TWY 7 became WR 614 SY 108 H108 RWT became WR 616 The latter two remaining in service until 2008/9. While TWY 7 is currently carried by Arriva Yorkshire Dart 167 at Selby Plus all those West Riding/Yorkshire buses owned prior to the 1982/3 fleet renumbering exercise......

yes it did, you are right there, A105KUM ( I think) also had 2 YR fleetnumbers either side of a spell at mainline (SY) and finished with a first fleetnumber.

5078 ewy 78 y was new to wypte moved to turners brown edge ,numbered possibly 6 but not sure .got taken over by pmt became dog748( evidence of part of crossville inheritance) .pmt then took over penine blue operations and moved it with sister 79y to ashton depot still with that number.that depot then came under gm buses north control itself been part of first like pmt.not sure if it got a gm fleetnumber though.it and sister 79y came back home to halifax where they were given their old numbers back once again.79y was for spares but 78y entered service and was moved to huddersfield.not sure if it then recieved a first 5 digit number.
