The longer ones came from Leeds. They are the slowest too. That one might have called at Leeds on its way but both those quoted are ex-First London

41247/48/53/54/55/56 & 41315/16/17/20/21/22 entered service at Leeds but after 6 months they decided they didn't want them and sent them to Halifax.

It is covenient both operationally and for us enthusiasts to have all FWY Marshalls under one roof, at Halifax. Many London Marshalls are now being scrapped rather than cascaded to other First subsidiaries. I think this is because First nationwide now only have penny numbers of pre-LF Darts, and these Marshalls are barely 2 years younger than early First standard Pointers.
