Due to the recent heavy rain, many rail service have been disrupted as a result.
Services Suspended:
Caldervale Line:
Bradford Interchange to Hebden Bridge / Huddersfield
Hallam Line:
Barnsley - Wakefield Kirkgate calling at all intermediate stations
Harrogate Line:
York - Harrogate suspended between York and Knaresborough
The following Northern Trains routes are operating with disruption
Hallam Line:
Passengers for local stations between Barnsley and Sheffield are advised to travel Leeds - Huddersfield on TransPennine services and connect with the Penistone Line Huddersfield - Sheffield via Barnsley service.
Wakefield Line:
Sheffield - Leeds via Swinton (South Yorks) and Moorthorpe will not call at Outwood and will travel via an alternative route to Leeds. Journeys from Leeds - Sheffield via Moorthorpe and Swinton (South Yorks) will run as normal.
Rotherham Central station: No services are able to run to/from Rotherham Central station. No replacement road transport is in operation
York & Selby Lines:
Selby - Wakefield Westgate via Bradford services will start/terminate at Leeds
An additional train service will operate between Leeds and Wakefield Kirkgate calling at Woodlesford and Normanton only. This service will not call at Castleford.
It will depart from Leeds at 34 minutes past the hour and depart from Wakefield Kirkgate on the hour.
Huddersfield - Barnsley
Services disrupted.
Wakefield Kirkgate - Barnsley
Services disrupted.
