It has been just over 6 months since Metro introduced the FreeCityBus service in Bradford and following the trial period, Metro have agreed to fund the service until 2013.
Metro have said that 420,000 passengers have used the service since its introduction, averaging out at 36 per journey, which is higher than Metro's target of 10. They also say, from research, that the service has removed 325 car journeys per week in the city.
