The new site certainly looks more aesthetically pleasing. It still seems to be a just a generic site for all UK Bus operations. I believe they should at least have separate home pages for each individual region like First and Stagecoach do where only information relevant to a particular area is shown.
There is also history pages showing the history of each individual operation and a page with links to network maps. None though of the various Arriva Yorkshire networks.
Arriva are also starting tele-marketing campaigns like what Stagecoach have done. Arriva piloted the scheme in Darlington where 4,000 people were phoned being made aware of the network changes that had taken place and a free weekly ticket offered. So could be likely that this could be applied here in West Yorkshire when the changes take place through out the year so at least more people use the network!

Having it as a UK site just shows how some areas are getting new buses, better frequencies, cheaper tickets etc and others aren't

But by the same token, having a UK site means that there will always be a positive press release about new vehicle investment or service enhancements somewhere in the country!
