Over the past 2 months I noticed that the front destination display on geminis based at Halifax has been altered it used to say starting from the offside the Destination on the top underneath viapoint/s changing when on a Overground route to the name of the service and the service no at the nearside. Now when working on the 508 the destination display where is it going in bunched up big letters next to it Red line in small letters underneath it viapoint/s and then 508. When on the 576 the display just say the destination and 576 with route details on the small rear display.

Yes I think its part of the usual changes and the reason the 508 has red line on the front is because Leeds is a short word so the space is there (ie try and fit lime line in between Bradford and 576 like it is on the 508 if you see what I mean!). I do think it is a bit silly removing the scrolling via list though, as that was more useful than just Bradford, but I think most passengers that use it know where it goes anyway. I don't think the changes have been applied to any other vehicles than Geminis, but then again I haven't seen any allocated to the 508 since I noticed the change. 503 also has had the scrolling via list removed and now just displays Huddersfield 503 or Halifax 503.

Didn't the 332 used to be a limited stop service anyway so would only stop at the Bus Station, Market Street then none stop to the depot so what destination the bus had would of meant nothing anyway to potential passengers. The 200 actually observes all stops now and has a perculiar timetable where weekdays, there are a couple of hour gaps in the 30 minute frequency. On Sunday late mornings it runs every 20 minutes. Stops for a couple of hours with no service, starts in mid afternoon until the early evening at a half hourly frequency.

I know it's a bit late but they have changed the displays for DDA purposes, so disabled people can read them easily.
