The unidentified Huddersfield streetlite could have been 63437 as I saw it come down Churwell hill and turn into cottingley estate, a few drivers on board, presumably route learning for rail replacements? As per the above an unidentified Huddersfield 13 plate B7RLE on rail replacements in Morley today, also commander 1414 on the 163 seen in Leeds this evening

Spotted a temporary bus stop on Low Lane/Heys Lane near Luddenden Dean Chapel, complete with bench too. Only thing is it's impossible to get a bus down there, I pity the foolish walker however that thinks it's for real lol.

Blimey if it is for route learning, then i did say that arriva could potentially run it as they already do the 22 and 23, however someone came at me on this forum quite sharpish listing g all the companies that could run it, I do hope I'm right on this one and arriva take the 9

Surprising to see Arriva E200 1066 on the 42 in York yesterday – I thought only Solos and baby E200s were allowed on Cawood Bridge, and the full-size E200s were overweight.

Suppose it depends on the company and the trainer.
Some trainers will take their guys all over the place to get them used to all different kinds of roads and conditions, others will stick to the routes used by examiners during the actual tests so as to get the learners prepared for those routes for testing.

Yes, I never understand why some think that if you are learning to drive a bus, you can only learn on roads where the operator runs I thought a good year back that drivers were trained on existing routes. It does kind of make sense since it would be two birds with one stone. Driver training, as well as route training. Although I have learnt that isn't the case but I haven't ever seen an off route first trainer but that could just be my observations.
