On Friday, I spotted 88 (WN71 RHV) heading towards Huddersfield bus station. Very interesting and my first encounter of these buses too.

Advanced notice of a rare bus photo opportunity, due to the carnival service 91 Halton Moor to Pudsey will be diverting via Leeds centre on Monday August 28th! I think this will be the first time it has done so and I think that's down to the partial closure of the Inner Ring Road off Regent Street forcing the diversion onto St Peters Street. Scratch that, some clown has now decided the service will be SUSPENDED for the day from Halton Moor to Chapel Allerton, err what about those who have to catch it for work reasons, e.g. from Harehills Lane by the Compton area to Osmondthorpe/Halton Moor for the industrial estate, yes they could walk but it's quite a way. They could have provided an amended 90 min service on the entire route if they were that bothered the diversion would have affected running times.

Monday 29 August 0400-2359 - Parade Day Oh I know that, it's just originally the 91 was planned to divert via town which may have meant an extra bus was needed but to stop that from happening they've cut the route for the full day rather than just decrease the frequency so it can be ran with the same number of vehicles.

Decreasing frequency, but increasing driving time = additional driving hours needed, no?

Saw AY 791 on the 147 on Friday. Don’t think I’ve ever seen an Optare Versa on that route before.

Drop off only today, so could easily be dropping on boar lane
