Realistically, there's only 5 enviro 200's at Cas right now. 3 for the 188, 1 for the 187 and the other one can end up wherever, but I see it used on the 156 or 159. I thought cas generally chucked anything they felt like on the 156/159? They do tbh. I've seen Enviro 400's and all sorts on that route. But I have often seen the 5th enviro 200 on that route. 3 are on 188, 1 is always on the 187 and the other is used wherever and I've seen an enviro 200 quite often on the 156/159. I think the people at Castleford depot, try and keep them away from the 410/411 and the 167/168. The 159 is only 35 minutes long to do the full circular, so that could why enviro 200's are can appear on those circular routes. I've noticed Castleford try and keep tempos on the 410/411 and the 167/168/184 diagrams a lot of the time. It's not exactly common to see the tempos on the 187, they do commonly appear on 188 evening diagrams, as they probably come from a 411/167 diagram or something.

That's gonna be nice for the people on the 110, expecting a nice sapphire 15 plate enviro and a cadet shows up, people aren't gonna be impressed. At least it's every 10 minutes, so it's packed, then they can get next one

I presume Cadets was the only replacement available to go on the 110

My issue with the announcements is that it can be quite loud, but apart from that I don't mind them. Yes I agree, the enviro 200s do have a lot of rattles, the one I caught this afternoon was rattling a lot, a contrast to 1471, which I got to Castleford, that had no rattling, but when the bus stopped though, it was really loud.

Can they not? Never seemed to be a problem when Leeds still had the free bus. Am sure some1 else in here said they weren't allowed in the bus station IIRC when I worked for First in Leeds the Free City Bus Solo’s were only allowed to use Stand #1 in Leeds bus station because it’s the only stand with a full length near side curb. This stand is now used by MegaBus.

Thinking about it, with Solos being wheel forward, the front overhang would mean that the doors open beyond the kurb, so passengers alight onto the bus stand.

Surely this problem also happens with the Versas as they have the same issue don’t they given the front overhang before the doors. So Versas should be barred from Leeds bus station for the same reasons.

I often think the same however it can be argued that versas can come in as the front overhang can come over the front kerb with the wheel still being behind the door

Enviro 400 on 159 waste of resources imo. If they have any spare enviros at Castleford, put them on the 410/411 route. Nice 2 days on the 187, have had 62 plate pulsars and only 1 commander and 1 59 reg pulsar on the 187 in the last 2 days. I was talking to a driver today and he mentioned that the 187 I was on, was going to St Wilfred's, is there any point to this? Couldn't someone like CT plus do this instead of arriva? Then there wouldn't be any of this swapping around on the 187 in the afternoon.

Why would a Solo be a problem in Metro Bus Stations, just cos it's a wheel forward design? Solos operate into other Metro Bus Stations of the same design with no problems.

Is it common for enviro 200's to appear on the 148? I 2 on 148, and they was both really packed.
