A commander got swapped for a tempo on the 187 earlier. A lot of bus swaps on 187 lately any reason why?
Is there any reason why I saw a 188 right behind a 187 earlier, both going to Castleford? 188's are 30 minutes down and been late all day,any reason why they are so late? Is it the rugby traffic?

Tempo running a peak 166 this evening Can't imagine that would have been nice at all. Saying that it isn't really nice on a peak time 411 tempo either

Wakefield and Leeds city centres were apparently grid locked so that explains the late running and they may have used spare buses and drivers to keep a regular service so the swaps were just correcting bus sizes

Another bus swap on the 187 today, 1466 got swapped for a tempo and we had also 1412 on the 187, not exactly that common to have tempos on the 187, they are usually all on the 410/411 or 168/184 diagrams. It's pulsars and commanders dominated on the 187 usually.

Yeah it was 1312 and another tempo on the 187 today, one of them did the last 187 of the day to wakefield and back to Castleford

Yesterday I had ALX400 31778 on the 592 as a change over for a cold bus. It has now stayed in Todmorden strangely as it was meant to have been swapped back over on my last trip back to Todmorden but didn't happen.

If they are going on the 301/302 Golcar circulars, they should have ordered the Max version instead.

There was a commander on a 189 today, it was on a Leeds diagram, that isn't going to be nice for people. It's usually enviro 400's on it and a commander appeared.

Nothing unusual there as a commander or pulsar will appear on the full boards if the e400s need work at the depot and so have to be kept local.

Is there not any enviros from the 166/163 left over, that could go on the 189 if any of the ones for the 189 wasn't available? I presume, if the same happened on the 166 they'd use a enviro from the 189 on it instead of putting a single decker on there

35574 on the x26/27's this evening peak Seems pretty standard these last few days. Assume to avoid putting an Enviro on there.

I'm surprised Arriva might haven't thought of just extending the 187 all the way to Doncaster, instead of having 2 separate routes of 408/409, but I guess, if one is delayed, they can get another bus to start the other one to minimise delay's. I also think some e400's need to go on the 411 route, as that can be awful at times as well.
