I rode 1312 yesterday, which had received dark grey leather seats. Given that just 2 of them remain with Arriva main operation, this is suddenly more of a priveledge than I realised. Dark Grey? I thought they had a dark blue? Why the change of leather seats colour very interesting. 1307-1312 were supposed to be MAX standard when they can back from ANE and were supposed to be used in 189 initially but that changed

I wonder if they’ve sold Honley depot now (or the lease has run out) as a significant amount of that stuff was dumped there.

Don't dispute that - but the original post says "have had" a clear-out and "here is what has gone". I was merely pointing out that whilst they may be "having" a clear-out and that this stuff may be "going" it ain't gone yet!

Ok so I have worded it wrongly so sorry, but English & Grammar I have never been good with this, So, I will rephrase it THEY HAVE BEEN sold so no longer belong to Arriva Here is what has been sold and my still be located at Arriva & Tiger depots so this task will take some time, Arriva Yorkshire 21 Yorkshire Tiger 24 Here is what has been sold by the rest of the Arriva Companies. Southern Counties 41 Midlands & The Shires 25 North West & Wales 88 In total nearly 200 buses with most going to Hardwicks so they will not vanish overnight As I get updates each month for all the Arriva Companies, I can spend close to a week (checking over 5000 vehicle's) and updating my records which I have been doing for 20 plus years. So, I have now decided I will no longer be post anymore information (more worrying thinks going on in the world than some poor grammar & spelling mistakes)

Surprised 793 hasn't gone in for refurbishment yet. Maybe it hasn't gone yet because I believe you mentioned in Arriva forum that they only need 4 versas in total for the 167/168 with one being spare so I don't think it will be needed yet. However I'm surprised 261 is still there. I have a feeling Yorkshire Tiger is short on buses atm with the amount needed for loan by Arriva

1312 is on loan and yes , all the Arriva liveried Tempo’s at Waterloo , are going back. The sooner the better I hope. Sick of seeing the Mini E200's on the 187, seeing them on the 147 now a lot as well, which was my backup plan if an E200 was on 187, so to try and avoid the things. Don't get me wrong I understand why they are needed on the 188, and 156/159, and a lot of the routes on the Wakefield network like 102 and stuff as they can't have big buses. 187 sometimes can be full with college kids and not very nice when it's full. well i've just looked at a few of the vehicles and the e200s are been used more centralised on 156/159, 184 and 188 with odd trips on 187. Now things could change in the New Year and they may use bigger vehicles. In regards for the mini e200s been on estate based routes (100-105 & 119/120) and 173a/174/174a/175/175a again originally they've been primarily MPDs or mini e200s but the solos that Arriva had for WCB & 111 Pinderfields Shuttle had usage on 102, 104 & 119 and did fine. When MicroHybrid Streetlite Demo SK17HHL again that saw usage on 102, 103, 104 & 197 and managed them routes fine. 102, 103, 104 & 105 have also had 1064, 1065 (before it went up to ANE) & 1066 on them routes . Since e200MMCs 1070-1075 have transfered to BI from Tiger they are been primarily focused on 100, 102-104, 105 (Wakefield-Portobello section) and 112 more recently. Personally i'd say to do a bit of a mix up of the midibuses at Belle Isle & Tiger Huddersfield & Elland as they've all got routes nowadays where either a solo or e200 mini would do i'm not sure for Arriva side how the solos would do on the Garforth routes that Wakefield run.

How big was the streetlites you can get them in different lengths can't you? I saw a cadet on the 175 last year in Wakefield don't know if that means anything. I'm talking about the cadets from North East I saw on there, bit of a shock for me that as I only saw E200 minis on there. I've heard those E200 MMC's are quite versatile as well they've done a wide range of routes since they've started at BI. You've also got 262, which can be used anywhere. Only reason why I am annoyed with E200 on the 187 is that they moved the 184 timetable now, as the 184 in the old timetable at Ponte was 1622, which picked up the College Kids, and the 187 was empty which was good for me. Now the 184 been moved to 1647 with the 187 departing at 1640 and quite often a Mini E200. I'm worried that the 187 is going to pick up the College kids and I might not be able to get on it.and traffic that the 1622 had in the old timetable making it quite busy from Pontefract to Castleford, or Pontefract to Airedale.

I'd sooner have a Beaver Bone Shaker lol, at least they'd get up the hills quick enough.

Tempos aren't that bad for me when they are rattling. For me they are actually pretty good on hills especially the one going up to Airedale. Commanders are a lot slower for me IMO. You should go on Arriva E200's mini's you'd love that haha.

The streetlite one was a Streetlite Max i believe. When the Cadets were on 175 it was only on the afternoon trip what rubs from Wakefield to Moorbottom Estate via Outwood school. I didn't include 261 & 262 as again its known they can go on any routes that mini e200s do. Again the only other depots with the routes that can benefit from decent midibuses such as Solos or Streetlites are Dewsbury with 128/128a/205/212/212a & 213 (i know most of them deffo would benefit from them) and Heckmondwike for 261 & 271 routes.

I am being bias here, but I would probably split the 188 up into 2 sections so the Kirkthorpe side of it gets bigger buses in the day and evening. So Cas to Wakey 188 and Knottingley to Cas 186 or something Keep 3 E200 for the Knottingley bit as it would only need 2 buses, bring back the tempos and split tempos between 187 and 188, that's just me and my bias. Send the rest of the mini's to tiger or something or Wakey. I don't know what you think of that Stephen, me probably being bias, as I know Kirkthorpe is very popular for those who need the bus.

I'm not sure what Tiger have done to the Tempo's they have, but I'm less than impressed with them, especially 1300. Ironically I've been on Tiger Commanders that have done pretty well on hills, especially when going at a speed before approaching them, they seem to hold power much better than the Tempo's do.
