Nothing withdrawn as of yet. W-KBT's will be the first to go followed by the X reg's. Surely something must have gone... I have not seen any KP51's this week or 30922 and 30951 in the past month... From what i've been told, (Driver gossip), sometime's right-sometime's wrong. 10 B7tl's/Gemini's will be arriving from Leeds. These will ultimately replace 30916-923 and 30561-63. It was inferred the 32xxx KP51 batch and native YJ51 (uni) batch will be staying for the foreseeable. This will result in a slightly reduced, but slightly newer decker fleet for Huddersfield. The disclaimer being this info came from a First Huddersfield driver thus shouldn't be regarded as "fact" until it actually happens, Just thought i'd post as his "depot rumour" does actually seem to fit in with whats happening at OFL.

Have seen the following info posted on the FirstGroup Enthusiasts group on Facebook:
Huddersfield are retiring some of its older Volvo B7TL/ALX400's. These will be: 30561-30563 30917-30924 30943 These will be replaced by a further 5 04 reg Gemini's from Leeds Bramley, joining 32463/65/67/67-71 The remaining 12 (30949-30953, 32071/72/85/86/88 and 89) are staying in the fleet for a little longer

Following what I've posted above, I think 30951 must be long term VOR, and whatever it needs may be sourced from one of the ALX400's being withdrawn if it hasn't been done so already, if it's staying in the fleet for a bit longer. Unlike in London, there's no Vehicle finder for Huddersfield available yet so we won't know when it's back in service unless it's seen by someone

As of yet all the above are still in regular service.

Given the recent influx of B9TL's into Halifax, does this mean they wont be receiving any Leeds E400's, as a previous poster had implied?
