I’m not sure they’d still be good motors 20 years on though.

The ALX300's were in my opinion, bluntly put, CRAP, even though it was the sister body to the Dart/ALX200, the 300 leaked around the windscreen/destination area. Even when fitters had silicone sealed the hole, water still found a way in

If it is been trialed as alternative to the e200s why hasn't it been used on services 101 to 105?. Every vehicle in the current fleet at bi can be used on the 195/196's however the 101 to 105 routes are little e200s only would it make sense to trial the demo on these services?

AY Strider Trainer (401) K401HWW is now withdrawn with what is believe to be mechanical problems. Its replacement was supposed to have been Volvo B7 Eclipse 9995 LJ51OSK but has been unsuitable for use here.
ex ANE Cadet 1914 is also believed to have been withdrawn due to mechanical failure, whilst 1916 is also on decision about its future.

Transdev currently doesn't have any Streetdecks. Transdev have streetdecks operating on the 36 and coastliner services Their Streetdecks are slightly different as they have a Volvo drivetrain as oppose to the Daimler drivetrain that First Bus favour.

They Aren't Streetdecks, they are Volvo B5TL's with Gemini 3 bodies Aren't they practically the same body just different chassis Wright's market the Streetdeck as an "integral" using Daimler underpinnings, whilst the Gemini 3 is practically the same body offered on Volvo B5TL/B5LH or Volvo All-electric chassis options. Wright's Pulsar Gemini DB300 which AY have a lot off was also marketed as an integral using a VDL chassis.
