Does anyone know when it's likely the 305** 309** and the 320** ALX400 batch will be withdrawn?

Was in Central York yesterday (6th) and spotted a dreadfully sad looking W-reg AXL400 with Halifax branding on. Does anyone know if this is a permanent transfer here? Sometimes these vehicles are just brought in for the School holidays; for the Easter tradition of cramming as many people possible onto a P&R bus

31780 - YN53 EOE is also in York, seen today at the rail station. Still has Halifax skylines on so assuming it's here on loan but not sure what for.

30934 noted in service on several Huddersfield routes over the past few days. Suspect probably just on loan, as still in Halifax skylines.

UID B9TL from Leeds seen on 185 in Huddersfield. 32518 in a crash in Lockwood, just seems to be front part a little broken. 66337 is apparently working in Huddersfield working on 306 today. 37028 lost its skylines.

What on earth is excellent about receiving another 12-year-old single-decker? Don't you think we've got enough clapped-out rubbish in Huddersfield already? It's time First West Yorkshire was a lot more even-handed in its dealings with both Huddersfield and Halifax. Leeds throws away double-deckers more modern than anything we've got over here.

Maybe if First made enough cut backs, Hudds & Fax would be profitable enough to justify new (er) vrhicles.

Well im sorry... Everyone has different opinions on buses, I don't see why as long as the bus is in working order and drives well by also keeping the interior clean and exterior what the hell the problem is. I'm sure passengers are greatful enough if their service just turns up! It's just nice to have a 2006 b7rle to come over but like I said everyone has different opinions...

What would be better would be for Leeds to not send their cast off 12 plate Gemini’s out of West Yorkshire and maybe consider replacing some of the older ALX400s at Bradford, Halifax and Huddersfield.

Another problem is these streetdecks, e400s and what not are classed as city buses. I feel these would be way too big and not have enough power to take on Huddersfield/Halifax.
