Alongside the existing depots, a new electric bus depot with capacity for 250 vehicles is being planned for the Central Park area of North Manchester, while nothing has been confirmed it's believed this will be the long term replacement for Queens Road with routes being moved over as & when they get converted to electric operation.

I wouldn't be surprised if some modern E400s at Stockport (16-20 reg) are painted yellow and transferred to franchised services, replaced by older buses until the electric buses arrive.

tfgm.com/the-bee-networkGreat to see the investment in late evening services and reimplementation of high frequencies, especially on the 36/37 corridor. Taken that service many times at it's current frequency and the queues at Bolton and Piccadilly Gardens are usually very long.

Bee Network website is now live at beenetwork.com (although still accessed via tfgm.com, while the app has launched (available since last Friday). Tram tickets can now be bought on there (replacing getmethere), while combined bus and tram tickets and bus only tickets are available from Sunday. The getmethere card is being re-branded as The Bee Card. TfGM's social media channels have now been re-branded as Bee Network, while the Metrolink and getmethere accounts are now inactive, as they are all merged into the one social media profile. Today, they have announced that trams will be extended until 1am on Friday and Saturday nights (Saturday/Sunday mornings) from next Friday (29 September).
Bee Network services are also showing on bustimes.org. Listed as separate services, depending on the operator. Go North West: bustimes.org/operators/bee-network-bngnDiamond: bustimes.org/operators/bee-network-bndbStagecoach (schools): bustimes.org/operators/bee-network-bnsmVision Bus (schools): bustimes.org/operators/bee-network-bnvbMore new vehicles are on their way with Enviro 200 MMCs heading for Wigan depot.
And some EvoSeti buses have been adapted for use for training on the guided busway. Not sure if these will be used on the V1/V2 services in addition to the existing B5LHs that have been repainted into the Bee Network livery or just being used temporarily while they await the transfer of buses to the depot on Sunday.

The EvoSetis are to become spare buses for the Vantage routes as the frequency increase will mean all current Streetdeck Hybrids will be required & all current guideway fitted spares (36279/80 & 69537/8/9) are to remain with First, all rumoured to be going to Sheffield.

Could somebody inform me which operator runs the V1/2 and V4 in the Bee Network? I know it was previously First, but the TFGM site seems very vague on who is now running the revised services
