What is replacing 30816 and 30822? AFAIK, there are some 06 reg B7TL/Gemini's coming up from FSY (Rotherham depot?), these were originally FWY buses based at Leeds when new, and have been reported as returning to Bradford/Halifax and Huddersfield to replace the remaining Olympians due for withdrawal.

35204 was my ride home on the X84 this evening (1615 Leeds-Otley); first of the new buses I've seen on the X84 and this is also the diagram which becomes the evening 965.

Think 22 are leaving, apparently to be split between Norwich & Great Yarmouth.

That's something that people don't factor in when guessing which buses will be withdrawn. They always forget cascading nearly new buses to secondary depots is often the done thing.

It roars like a lion too, you hear it a good minute or two before you see it, particularly when it's trundling around a housing estate in the otherwise quiet of an evening!

I visited the Somme, May 2015, and I saw Horace's final resting place. I thought I'd upload, the photo I took me Horace's final resting place, seeing as First Leeds have named a bus after him. Unlike many of the others, it shows his real age, when he was killed.
