Baildon is now closed until 18th April, in reality likely to be even longer than that still.

Due to a safety inspection of the track between Pontefract Monkhill and Knottingley, all lines are expected to be blocked until eos 6.5.24 (may be earlier if works progress well)
● Due to the current layout, only one service can run into Pontefract
Currently running trains as follows:
Leeds – Castleford via Woodlesford and Leeds – Pontefract via Wakefield

Two homes next to a landslip-hit railway line in West Yorkshire will have to be demolished after being deemed at risk of collapse, Network Rail has said. The properties, in Baildon, had been affected by the same movement of land, which had also led to the closure of the nearby railway line to trains since early February. Network Rail said wet weather in recent weeks had made the situation worse, and the homes were now structurally unsafe. Jason Hamilton, the organisation's route director, said "every effort" had been made to save the homes, but all alternative solutions had now been ruled out. www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/czqz7vd8pgno.amp

Makes me laugh that they say the houses are affected by the same movement that's closed the railway. Literally the back gardens of the houses ended up on the railway the movement was the properties, they were lucky the houses didn't go at the same time
