Those vehicles in question could well have been declared as off the road (SORN). it would be a bit odd for an E200 already to be SORN? Could understand the commander tho Some of our newest vehicles have been SORN'd whilst much older vehicles have remained in service during the reduced service caused by COVID-19, it all depends on which vehicles meet the operators calculations of size, reliability, operating cost & service requirement as to which remain active and which are stood down for the duration.

Went past Ross travel depot early and I saw two buses with a paper sign in their window saying 'Vehicle off road, do not use'. Unsure why but the vehicle registration are YJ54 CEF and SN12 AVM. Other news is the Optare Versa is still at the depot but I am unsure where YJ03 PDX is as that is usually a school bus run alongside YJ54 CEF for New College Pontefract YJ03 PDX was for sale end of last year beginning of this alongside YJ59NNA. The 2 e200s usually get used on the school workings and P11 Pontefract college run. They've been on 125 on and off for a little while now. YJ59NNA is still with them i believe as it was still on 144/146 prior covid-19 reductions.

I've never seen those enviro 200s operate on the 144/146 always on the 125/School Run in the evening, is there a reason for that?

I am guessing that YJ12 GVO, Optare versa from BL Travel (currently untaxed) will replace the Commander, Cadet and E200 on school runs as I have usually seen a solo sr on school runs too. It has been in their depot quite some time before the pandemic. Unsure if they will keep it or not tho

As much as it would make sense for them to keep it and move the cadet on they would sooner sell it and run the cadet until the death profit over anything else is Peter ross and his son in laws main priority

Metro's website says Ross are operating a normal timetable, but the 146 is still only running as far as Castleford with the last evening journey being a 146 to Featherstone. Won't Ross run a full route 146 again?

Won't Ross run a full route 146 again? at the minute it makes sense for the passengers between Wakey and Cas on the route to use 125 as that gets in for about same time as 144/146 at Cas so they can easily transfer

Or if they are going to Featherstone from Wakey they can just get the 148/149.

I thought most people would just get the metro day ticket or whatever it's called which allows them to use multiple operators

With an MCard Pink card a day ticket is £5 or £5.50 depending how many you buy.

Is there an accurate fleetlist of Ross Travel's service buses available anywhere (for 125/144/146)?

Thanks bud, just wanted to check if JTX had been withdrawn (which it has) SF57JTX got withdrawn and sold earlier last year. It was for sale for a while with YJ59NNZ and the 54 reg but was the only one to sell i recall and then they had the 03 reg up for sale around Feb-March and sold too
