Pleased to see 47 (Olympian) on the Sainsbury's C68 service in Halifax today. The single passenger sat downstairs seemed to be enjoying the ride! Becoming a regular occurance on the Sainsburys now.

You must be joking. I don't want any more bumps added to it.

Yes it is sat outside in the yard at Albert Road. Doesn't look like anything has been done so far.

I think it is because Open Toppers don't make as much money as closed tops.

I think it is because Open Toppers don't make as much money as closed tops. Or there is more competition out there, both Keighley and Sheffield Museums as well as the Aire Valley group all have one!

Does Yorkshire Heritage still own St Helens Corporation No.58 (MDJ 918E) ? This 1967 AEC Regent V, the last double decker delivered to St Helens Corporation MUST NEVER PERISH ! I rode on it a few times in the 1970s and last saw it in Merseyside PTE green/off yellow cream in March 1980 on a works service.
Same goes for the ex Southport FFYs, although one is preserved.
