I was traveling uphill in a skip truck and you coming downhill in 5158. Nice bus, looks good. I remember them from new. Just out of interest where did 5158 start life?. Was it Halifax, Todmorden or Wakefield?. Can't recall it in service at Huddersfield. Am i right in thinking it ended its revenue earning days in Chester?. |

Looking back through the history section of this forum, there is a thread specifically on the F---XYG Oly's. 5158 started out at Todmorden.

It was new to Todmorden in 88, passing to Manchester in the late 90's, then to PMT then to Devon & Cornwall

Good selection of vehicles running. Will be good to see 526 again, the last time I saw it was years ago at Bolton depot in Stagecoach stripes! I have a photo of it alongside 525 also in Stagecoach stripes.
