I don't think First will be best pleased about them breaking their policy. They might get away with it if they re-register it. Will be hard now as First will probably do there nut in.

If they use it for private hire only would they be in breach of first's rules?

Fast forward to 2015-7 and the smaller operators are scrambling round for buses which would comply with the DDA and First are scrapping the ones they would like.
Who's fault would that be........

More to the point, is it even legal for First to stipulate 'only fon non-psv use' for sales? Sounds like something of a grey area.

Must agree, by signing this contract states that you will follow by A, B, C, D etc... rules. Not sure again with Olympian 5504 as this has also carried Harrogate Coach Travel operators disc at some point.

Any chance of a batch of them to replace most of the existing non-Wharfe Connection fleet, which seem to referred to by a lot of non-enthuisasts as "dodgy green bus"

The Omnicities are pretty good buses, the N113 Wright Axcess Ultralows are perfectly acceptable on that kind of low volume rural/interurban service. The Mercedes is fine, particularly on shorter routes. The Solo is exactly right for the 21. It's the rag-tag of L113s that are the problem - particularly the Cityzens - I don't care what they're like inside, no bus can be forgiven for being that ugly
