They are allegedly also getting some double decks for schools, although maybe they've gone with high capacity singles instead. There are 2 ALX400 in allover white pictured at their depot on the same flickr photostream on the link above.

1621 PN52XRM was in collision with a First bus in Leeds today, so not lasted long in service. A bit of front end damage to sort! It was towed back to Heckmondwike. I have a photo of it over the pits which I will upload to Flickr shortly.
1620 PN52XRL, 1622 PN52XRP & 1625 PN52XRT were all out in service today.

Can't believe Huddersfield's part of the X63 isn't seeing an improvement, aren't the 54 reg Gemini's a bit old to be receiving high profile branding that they will probably carry for at least 5 years. Halifax Eclipses presumably for 590/592 which has been in line for green Red Arrow style branding for years? To me, that sends out a clear message that the rumour's that Huddersfield were receiving new deckers for the X63 next year are just that. Rumours!. They could have swapped the B7's with Bradford for some of the old X6 B9's. Seems stupid repainting the 54 reg B7's for it.

Didn't SUT do the X32 for a while with double deck Neoplan coaches? I seem to remember them stopping at Wolley edge services as part of the route.

Hopefully the X63 will get some newer Geminis on it. The 54 reg ones are hammered.

I would imagine the hybrids have to stay where they are due to the green bus funding? Plus I wouldn't think it would stack up using expensive vehicles of that nature on Selby services perhaps with the exception of the 415.
Aren't the Lowlanders unreliable? Can't see the 52 plate ones lasting long if they do come to AY.

Hard to find in shops.
Buy online or at a rally e.g. Heath Common, Dewsbury Bus Museuem open day etc as there are usually some traders there selling them.

All these were on school services today in Halifax, 34211,31775,30800,30805,30812,30844 I think these are the last Royals working out of Halifax 30800,805,812,844.. I believe 30809 & 30813 are also still in service at Halifax. Can anyone confirm the current allocation of 31808 and 34107? I've seen 34107 most mornings this week on the NC52. Previously 30812 was on it most days. Not sure if it's run by Hudds or Halifax?
