1071 and 1611, on the 740am 147 this morning. Does the dupe run back to Wakefield in service with the normal bus? Or does it run dead? it depends on timings it may run dead but you'd have thought it could do X32 for a couple of trips then do the evening duplicate

But it appears the dupe has gone on a 444 to Leeds, whether that is a dupe on the 444 or it has replaced another bus I don't know. On another note I wondered what bus did the new J32 College bus thing this morning. By the looks of it I'm thinking of 1802 as that arrives in Wakey of the 425 around 8am, and according to bustimes 1802 hasn't done anything since then, so I'm thinking that did the new College bus that leaves Wakey at 805am. Could be wrong however just a theory.

Bus times won't always pick the dupe run up, unusually this morning, it picked the dupe up and the normal bus for the 147, doesn't happen often though.

Yes but given the timings on it I'd presume it may have been accurate (for once)

Plain white single deck (69245??) seen on number 5 outside Leeds station last Thursday and Saturday. 66345 you mean. That's the one in White and is usually on the 5, 65 or 74/75 Thanks, I couldn't quite make out the number! 1980 seen on Ninelands Lane, Garforth on 166 at around 2030 last night.

First Leeds X84 branded E400MMC 33481 was operating the 0742 641 Buttershaw to Bradford duplicate service this morning. Temple Green P&R liveried 35304 was on the same 07:42 641 duplicate service this morning.

1611 and 1031 operating the dupe on the 147 this morning. I am not a fan of the E200's but for sure they do come in useful and are really helpful as duplicates for the bigger buses.

Is it a multi-operator ticket? Kids have School passes? Or Do Squarepeg uses Arriva fares? As you might find one kid on the Arriva school one day and the next day on the Squarepeg dupe

Or Do Squarepeg uses Arriva fares? As you might find one kid on the Arriva school one day and the next day on the Squarepeg dupe I believe the operators on the dupes will charge the Main operators fares to the School or on the route's fares like when Ross Travel do the 411 duplicate between Cas & Ponte for New College or Station Coaches on the 563S school duplicate of 563A they would set the fares on the ticket machines to Match. Generation M lists the duplicates under each school and if another operator is doing the dupe it tells you who it is too.

I saw an Optare Versa which is owned by Ross Travel had the destination displayed as 411 and looks like it was returning to the Depot. After that it appears 1713 has had a driver error it has entirely skipped New College Pontefract and I believe the driver thought he was doing a normal 147 run. Left Pontefract i believe at 15:59 and the bus looks extremely full. I have seen this a few times where drivers skip New College Pontefract.

I'm guessing New College Pontefract could be sending a complaint to Arriva tomorrow then and the driver possibly going in for Tea and Biscuits with the driver's manager. If it turns out to be true of course that it was down to driver error and he did actually skip it. PS: Not making any accusations against anyone.

I'll compile the list of duplicates/ changes. The 410 is noted on Generation M as been run by Deckers for the measures.

I’m not entirely sure how they’ve managed to resource it considering there are loads of extra trips in Leeds as well

Well its a bit of old and new running today (Not so new though)! Optare Spectra 723 and a unknown Wright Streetdeck both on the 147 heading towards New College Pontefract. They got pretty lucky today and must not be very full as I usually have seen either the little E200s or E200 mmcs

Im guessing the streetdeck was either 1564,1568,1576 unless the ticket machine was swapped which can be the case

But the dupe on Monday went on the 444 later on. So who knows, maybe the dupe bus in the morning can sit in the depot all day until it goes to Pontefract in the evening to do the evening dupe run on the 1559 to Wakey.

Highly doubt it as I've seen no dupe buses for the return at 15:59. Its mostly always a single and might get the chance of being a double. The singles easily get full, they really need to have a look again at 15:59
