and some months old. May have an effect as their have been staff from Transdev HQ visiting and I would have thought any strike would have occurred by now.

Yes why don't they just strike, oh wait Alex is a force to be reckoned with and he could well sack them. He wants tackling and being tied up while the company gets improvements. Exiled to Chile or Malta.

It’s generally not a good idea for bus staff to go on strike.
Unlike the railways which always bounce back, there are often long term effects for the depot after strike action. Look at the ex Finglands depot in Manchester.
Many bus operations are on the edge at the best of times.
