they don't register any of their services with VOSA. A search only brings up the 14 and 16 in Skipton, both of which are shown as cancelled, which is not true because they are both still running. No mention of the other twenty routes they run. Not sure how they can be exempt as the exemptions listed do not seem to fit www.gov.uk/run-local-bus-service/exemptionsIt may be that as they run minibuses under Section 19/21 permits that this changes how the services appear on the DVSA site (those operations certainly have different timescales on registrations and rules generally) meaning they don't appear in the normal search but are registered elsewhere with the TC. I would need to check my notes from my TM CPC back in the office next week to see if I could be more certain of how the registration system works for these permit operators.

One November change that sneaked through without little announcement is, from 24 Nov, an additional Saturday 36; 2345 Leeds York St-Starbeck. Does not seem to be any southbound working to form it. Also "We'll also be closely monitoring our buses in Leeds, keeping an eye on them in real-time and turning some empty buses around before they reach the bus station in order to get things back on track" Presumably that applies to peak hour workings which will run straight round the city loop without going in and out of the bus station. harrogatebus.co.uk/news.jsp?newsID=2547

I think the 2345 used to run every night (in this way) up until a couple of years ago?
