true enough. It may be so 896 can have work done on it eg the desti and one of the doors has no grab rail. There is only meant to be one grab rail on the doors on 896, they are hinged in the middle and open as one piece, flat against the front windscreen. Seen passengers stand too close to them when opening before and almost get smacked! i see.

1524 on 229 and it has 229 branding as well.
When passing bridge garage this morning a second Tiger Blue Wrightbus was there as well as the first T.B one and the Royale from Firstbus. Are YT having a massive run of bad luck lately???

What is believed to be H4DXE (ex Dublin Olympian 98D20409 laterly R368LHK) seen earlier just off M1 J39 on rear tow behind a Geoff Ripley wrecker. AFAIK it was with Greenline Waterloo but presumably was heading for it final journey.

Penfold I'm sure that the Bolder Bridge Boys have fitted exchange major units for some of the smaller local operators in the past so you never know it could rise from the ashes. I understand they are really good with bits for Olympians down there you never know what you might find.................................

Connextions have Enviro E20D MK63WZY on the 8 today, not very often that sees service in Leeds. Sadly because they're running a normal Friday service none of the journeys are showing on Metro's system so it appears to the general public there's no service today. It doesn't run Saturdays and of course most other services are running a Saturday t/table today.

Do exchange units run to NS & OS front light clusters, NS windscreen, several NS missing panels and windows and what appears to be scrap wheels it was being towed on. Sadly very few (if any) VO Alexander parts from 1998 fit a 1985 ECW Olympian ! Penfold
