Drivers do like the heating on the ADL's and the performance of them. Our 32*** still provide a solid service without any more trouble than the 37*** On an evening, the driver change over happens a couple of minutes before my 56 arrives. You can often hear a "oh FFS not a 33xxx" or "atleast its not a 33xxx" depending on what has turned up for them. Somehow gives a different impression to the one you have Chris? I agree with the 32xxxs, they still go well but from a passenger prospective, they aren't the best (some smell like the old BP Scanias now) Exactly people have different opinions most bus geeks think they opinion is the right one and never open to discussion... Which I hate.. Volvo b9s too many of them that's why I say there crap if there was 20-30 of them I be fine but 37500-07 is no different to say 37088 at Bradford.. The b7s have more of a personality.. So when I say why are people going on about 37500-07 that's why.. Like I said it's my opinion I'm sure loads don't agree with

Regarding the 32***, several are undergoing window seal replacement to stop leaking and improve passenger experience.

First Huddersfield 32506 has a weird window layout at the moment not sure if you seen it?

Do you know if 778/9 are still in barbie, or olympia ?. Thanks. 31778 is in Olympia and 31779 is barbie. 31779 was at HP for painting about a week ago but was sent back to HX untouched because I think HX wanted another B7TL doing in Zest livery. Halifax should be getting 31776-780. These were pencilled in for Bradford but looks like plans (as usual)have changed. Thanks for your response pub, useful information. Im sure i read somewhere only six Halifax Gemini's were being "zested", but as you say plans change.

Just to complete the set, 37506 is in service in Bradford so that's 37500 to 37507 all in service. I posted a photo of 37505 on Facebook and one of the comments was that Bradford did not like 30572 and 30576. I don't know if these came and were rejected, never travelled, or arrived and are just disliked but regardless I haven't seen them around yet so it's possible they may not come to Bradford at all.

What sometimes happens is that somebody from engineering on the receiving party will go and inspect any buses due to be received whilst they're still on the existing owners' site, maybe this is what happened here. I know that's what happened with the ALX's that left Bradford for Scotland, the guy came down, took one look at 30939 etc and was overwhelmed! :-)

Further to my previous post above and based upon info on South Yorks forum it looks like it's possible 30572/6 did arrive in Brad and are possibly still there. Looks like these two were the first off on 29th Nov, 30571/3/4 came off early December but according to their latest post only 30571/3/4 from this batch are parked up off fleet at Olive Grove so 572/6 may have been/or are still parked at Brad.

Ironically route 1 would suit FTR`s with a host between City Square and Holt Park, artics worked well on this route which bodes well for the articulated trolleybuses should they ever appear.

You're right, the FTRs would work better on route 1 I think as then the 72's terminating point in Leeds would still be at Leeds Bus Station. Michael Windle

Don't think it's been mentioned yet but 66788 now appears to be a transfer from Huddersfield to HP.

I think R638/43 HYG are also at Halifax. 30818/23 both out on Huddersfield workings today, so possibly just a short term loan to Halifax. Also noted today 31776 very surprisingly working a Huddersfield Colne valley high school service.

60067 returned to Hunslet this morning, quality bus! Apparently there is an ALX400 from Leeds due for DDA and 30916 is at Rotherham from Huddersfield at the minute along with 30935 from Manchester.

I said at work I thought we'd done all the ALXs at Leeds but they were convinced that they were sending another one but didn't know which one. 60065/60217 are definitely scrap like it's been mentioned on here, it was looking like 60067 was going to be scrap and then it got done.

Why have Halifax collected a Dart from Doncaster? 40973 according to someone on the Travel South York's forum has been collected by Halifax.
