If they are going on the 301/302 Golcar circulars, they should have ordered the Max version instead.

I could see 34045 sold to a preservationist.

I could see 34045 sold to a preservationist. Possibly, Or maybe joining it's brethren at Barnsley. It would be nice to think an independant like GHA could have bought it, But chance's are it's scrap. That's IF it has been sold. I've seen no credible evidence it actually has been sold, have you.

It has been sold, bodywork is getting prepared at Elmwood. Can you clarify what you mean?. You say it is sold. But, as ive asked previously. Do you know who it's been sold to?. Is it a preservationist or another operator, (Be nice to think it could be on the road again). Or do you simply not know who its been sold to?. Im only asking because i always thought First's policy was to scrap unless passing into preservation hands.

34046 still in service in Huddersfield, the oldest double deck in the FWY fleet. It certainly is, and can be seen on any route as well. Ive ridden on it four times in the last two weeks. It's not in bad nick for it's age. Seems to have more grunt uphill's than the Royale's, which now seem to be a little tired.

I would like to know how many step entrance double deckers are actually still working for First in West Yorkshire and their garage allocation. I am sure some of you keen enthusiasts will be able to find this out for all of us easily. I certainly see them becoming popular buses to seek out in the next few months.

30239 working on the 512 today . It must have transferred across overnight, it was still in Leeds out on the 16 last night. 30239 wasn't in Halifax long, it was back in Leeds today (Fri) on X14. 30790 is also back from Huddersfield, it was on 50/50A today. Also, Gemini 37365 is still in Leeds, it was on the 4 today.
