A notice has been posted on the First websites for Bradford, Leeds, Calderdale/Huddersfield and York advertising the news that First West Yorkshire are now on Twitter with news stories being posted there. twitter.com/FirstWYorks_bus

Another good idea from First. Wonder how long it will take the others to copy?? Keighley & District have only recently started to sell weekly network wide tickets on the bus so I guess they could be a while....

Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that has changed the way many people communicate. Twitter allows users to send “updates” (or “tweets”: text-based posts, up to 140 characters long) to Twitter website via short message service (e.g. on a Mobile phone), Instant messaging or from their computer at home or work.
