Well 368 service is operated under contract to Metro so that could pass to anyone. Buses, they will either be scrapped (K reg darts and mercs), BMCs and Optare Solos maybe auctioned off.
Services wise, K Line may pick some of them up. Drivers, well some of them have Criminal convictions against them for Road Traffic Offences so some operators wont touch them with a barge poll!

I'm surprised they had any tendered services due to their record, I think also Halifax Joint Commetee might want to have a look.

Services 384, 385 are operated under contract to Metro as well
Services 356 & 357 are the only services to the areas they serve as First no longer serve those areas
Paul's Travel also have contracts with Northern Rail to operate many rail replacement duties in the area
The K reg Darts have mostly gone, replaced by Optare Solos

Any updates on who has got the Metro contracts, and on other changes to provide replacements for the commercial services?

Well I hear that they have been allowed to continue operating services and after all their licence has not been revoked. However they will be on their last chance no doubt.

Found this off VOSA website:
PB0004096/33 TEAMDECK LTD T/A K-LINE, STATION YARD, STATION RD, HONLEY, HOLMFIRTH, HD9 6BF Registration Accepted by SN: Starting Point: Huddersfield Bus Station Finish Point: Almondbury Bus Station Via: Service Number: 368 Service Type: Normal Stopping Effective Date: 28-AUG-2007 Other Details: Mondays to Saturdays
So that is the Metro contract that Paul's Travel won off Stagecoach back in July,

Further to that, Loonat Coaches is taking on the following services: 384 (Huddersfield - Fixby - Brighouse) 385 (Huddersfield - Abbey Road - Fartown).
Does anybody know what buses they are using on their services.

First will also be taking over the 356/357 services on a commercial basis as and when Fair Rider throw in the towel
They've managed to cover the services quite tidely with no cost to the tax payer, compared to when Pegasus went under

They only need the one vehicle so can't see them acquring Birkby for that.
Also Paul's Travel premises have been broken into a few times which I think was one of the reasons why K Line vacated that site in the past.

From VOSA:
FIRST WEST YORKSHIRE LTD, CENTRAL SERVICES, KIRKSTALL ROAD , LEEDS, LS3 1LH Variation Accepted by SN: Operating between HUDDERSFIELD and MELTHAM given service number 321/323/324 effective from 17-Sep-2007. To amend Timetable.
So has this ammendment in service to add extra buses to these services as Paul's Travel have now ended.

The only change is that the;
0813 324 from Meltham will now run at 0811 as a 321 via Marten Nest
0844 325 from Huddersfield will now run at 0849 and will run direct to Meltham
This is to plug a gap in First's Marten Nest service which wasn't a big issue when FairRider were also on the route
