With the new B9TL Wright Eclipse Geminis arriving at Bramley & Hunslet Alx400s have been displaced to Huddersfield. These are 30846 30847 30848 30850 30851 30852 30853 30854
30916 30917 30918 30919 30920
Think Halifax will be getting some more royales when Bramley's new deckers are introduced and no doubt in the near future HP's will be leaving.

If it was a choice between a B10B/Alexander Strider and a 10 year old ex-London Dart with half hearted single door conversion, I'd pick the Strider anyday

I'd rather the pick the B10B rather than the Dart, the B10 offers a smooth ride , the dart has some messed up suspension plus it wouldn't be as good. Put it this way at least Halifax didn't have the N113/Striders that Leeds had to put up with.

With me living in Halifax I hate the B10B Striders but I don't mind getting on A Scania Strider but if you lived in or near Leeds I bet it would be the other way round!

Does anyone else see the positives in getting rid of some of the Alx400s? Personally i'm glad they're gone and would rather keep any form of Olympian than them.

They could be getting branding for use on the Holmfirth Connection services with the Volvo Olympians moving on to other routes to replace the Leyland Olympians and Volvo Citybuses

Looks like a further shuffle round from the 24th May when Bramley's new B9TL's enter service.
Was late last night/early this morning when I was told so didn't make a note of numbers but basically it's more Royales out to Halifax & Hudds. Also B7TL's from Bram to HP & some of the earlier B7TL transferred from HP to Bradford.
If anybody wants shots of 30786-90 in Leeds i'd get them today!
