Why haven't they got rid of one of their darts and replacing them with that enviro 200 that moved on? Not trying to be funny, just curious?

Which in turn am guessing meant they wouldn't have had to cough up as much money on top to buy the strata. I'd imagine eventually they replace the remaining darts with stratas. Wouldn't believe they used to run deckers in the 90s and ran more than just the 499/500

Stringers are still trading for the filling station side and they are looking to re-introduce excursions. In regards to 499/500 services they are working closely with WYCA to make sure they have the correct measures in place prior to restarting. This all information of there social media pages

Maybe they should only run 1 service at a time.

As i said previously they've said on social media they are monitoring things with WYCA and the councils before resuming the services what does that mean? they'll be making sure no one is been put at risk with COVID 19. They may want to prioritise the school routes first to see if it is worth looking to re-start 499/500 if the vehicles need to go on to schools as extra for demand their. Look in the companies social media as it tells you that

CBSSG requires all operators to run 100% mileage from 1st September so I would suggest if they're unwilling to operate it now then it may never return.

CBSSG requires all operators to run 100% mileage from 1st September so I would suggest if they're unwilling to operate it now then it may never return. Except there are all sorts of caveats on what services are eligible for CBSSG (apparently it isn't the same as eligible for Fuel Duty Rebate) and the rate hasn't changed so there is no change to economics of returning - it just means that if the service is eligible they just have to return to full mileage immediately rather than stepping up as could have happened before.
